Nicole Tipling
Dr. Tipling is a central Massachusetts native who is thrilled to be back serving the New England community. Dr. Tipling earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University. She then completed a one-year small animal medicine and surgery internship at The Ohio State University before returning to NC State to complete a four-year comparative ophthalmology residency. During her residency, she gained extensive experience working with a wide variety of species, including dogs, cats, horses, farm animals, and exotic pets.
While she enjoys all aspects of ophthalmology, her special interests include ocular surgery, ocular emergencies, and client education. She is passionate about diagnosing and treating both common and complex eye conditions while partnering with clients to create personalized care plans.
In her free time, Dr. Tipling is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys triathlons, hiking, and scuba diving. She also loves to draw and spend time at home with her husband, their grumpy cat named Kitty and one-eyed Pomeranian named Winkie.
