About

Dr. Nancy Laste is a native of Massachusetts and has been practicing cardiology since 1992. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University. She then completed an internship at University of Georgia, and her residency at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital.

Dr. Laste is known for her practical approach to cardiology problems. She is trained in Fear Free pet handling and Cat Friendly Practices and prefers a collaborative style of patient care, involving pet parents in the decision making as much as possible. Dr. Laste is fully versed in all aspects of cardiology practice, but most enjoys her day to day interactions with pets and is looking forward to the day when pet parents can again be in the exam room. When not at work, Dr. Laste enjoys swimming, reading, walking in the woods with her black Labrador Jonesy and spending time with her three children and two cats, Marshall and Bugsy.
