About

Matthew has been an integral part of our team that has followed our company’s growth through all of its stages: from InTown Veterinary Group to IVG Hospitals, to Ethos, and now as we integrate with National Veterinary Associates Compassion-First (NVA CF).  Growing with us along the way as a leader, he began with us in 2001 as a Practice Manager at Bulger Veterinary Hospital. In 2012 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of IVG Hospitals. He now leverages his experience as the Vice President of Operations for Ethos Veterinary Health with a span of oversight across seven hospitals from New Hampshire to Hawaii.

Matthew’s authentic style of leadership is highlighted through his hands-on, integrity-based, service-oriented, and accountability-first approach.  He enjoys road cycling, motorcycling, playing the trumpet in various community groups, and spending time with his family.
