About
Dr. Elizabeth (Libby) Holman grew up in Troy, Ohio before moving to New England. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Education at Bowdoin College and taught middle school science for two years before returning to veterinary school. Dr. Holman received her DVM degree in 2009 from Tufts University, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and went on to complete a one-year rotating internship at the hospital in Emergency and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Holman joined Bulger in 2010 as a general practice doctor and has enjoyed forming long-term relationships with her clients and their pets. Her professional interests include renal disease, dentistry, and preventive care. Outside of the hospital Dr. Holman enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family. She also has an adorable one year old Golden retriever who is quickly becoming a great running buddy and a world-class swimmer!
