Emma Passaretti began her career in the veterinary field in 2017 when she joined Bulger Veterinary Hospital as a Client Care Specialist. Almost immediately Emma fell in love with veterinary medicine and the incredible career opportunities that IVG, later ETHOS, had to offer. In 2019, Emma advanced her career into a management role as the Assistant Client Care Supervisor, eventually transitioning into the role of Client Care Supervisor for Bulger. In 2022, Emma advanced her career in leadership by accepting a position as an Assistant Hospital Service Manager. In this role, she managed special projects, hospital safety and supported Bulger's clinical services. Emma's dedication and hard work led to her promotion to Hospital Services Manager in October of 2023. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring that all patients and their families receive the best care.

Emma, originally from Rhode Island, now lives in New Hampshire with her husband Phill and their two dogs and rabbit. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the White Mountains, hiking, camping, scrapbooking, reading, and exploring history museums.
