About

Dwayne Garland joined Bulger in 2022 after spending fifteen years with Mass General Brigham-Pentucket Medical where he served as the Director of Ancillary Services. Mr. Garland was responsible for all aspects related to operations and development for urgent care, cardiac imaging, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and histology services as well as respiratory therapy. Dwayne’s specific areas of focus during this time were business planning, new business development, marketing, implementation of new service lines, workflow development and enhancements, operation management as well as management of key constituent and stakeholder relationships.

Dwayne is passionate about mentoring staff to be the best they can be and customer experience enhancement opportunities. Previous to his time with MGB, Dwayne was the Regional Operations Director with The MRI Centers of New England for eleven years, where he and his team successfully opened ten independent outpatient imaging facilities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Dwayne grew up in Massachusetts and currently lives in Southern New Hampshire with his wife Kathy and two sons, Harry and Ian. When not at the hospital, Dwayne enjoys attending his sons golf matches and lacrosse tournaments, cooking, and playing golf.
